Best Western Plough And Harrow Hotel

We enjoyed all the hotel offered, its ideal staff and location. Everything was very good as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was a bit tired.

The location was incredible for what I wanted. Besides, the property was 3.0 km away from Hippodrome Theatre. The service was excellent with parking close to property.

The staff is lovely, the breakfast extremely tasty, the ocation is brilliant just off Birmingham City centre and Brindley Place and campus.

Everything was good, had a fantastic stay on the two nights of our stay. The room was quiet, elegant, wonderful bathroom. Central location of this hip new hotel was a bonus. The à la carte restaurant was good with a great selection of meals in the menu. We enjoyed it, recommendable.

The hotel was fairly clean, pleasant, had COURTEOUS staff with the manager. Got tidy, airy with coffee and a sofa bed accommodating three adults plus milk.

I had a nice experience here, everything was lovely, the location was ideal close enough to the centre, the Birmingham Oratory, the Botanic Gardens. I was met by accommodating and polite staff at the reception. The service was good, including an easy check-in. I enjoyed my time in this property.

The lobby was very pleasant and spotless. Breakfast was exquisite, there were savoury pastries, croissants, eggs, cereals and toast. It was good to have alcoholic drinks in the poolside bar.

The dining room served variety of meals for breakfast.

Liked our stay at this enchanting hotel, it was luxury! The continental breakfast, the fine employees. Rooms were relaxing and stunning. Very clean beds and really comfortable facilities.

Wonderful overall experience. The breakfast was generous, the hotel was suitable and tidy. The room was spotlessly clean, generous sized and had beautiful furniture. The main bar was welcoming and the drinks were cool.

The location was GREAT, with Tolkien Restaurant nearby. 20 minutes' drive to the airport. Interesting place for a city trip in Birmingham.
